What does the ZIP² 10-year limited warranty cover?
The 10-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the suitcase’s functionality during normal use. If an eligible defect is confirmed, BG Berlin may repair the suitcase or provide the necessary replacement parts.
The warranty does not cover airline or carrier damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, misuse, mishandling or unauthorised repairs.
What material is the ZIP² luggage made from?
ZIP² luggage is crafted from high-quality injected polypropylene, a lightweight, flexible and impact-resistant material designed to withstand the demands of frequent travel while helping to protect your belongings.
Is the ZIP² luggage expandable?
Yes. Every ZIP² suitcase is expandable, giving you an additional 3 cm of packing space when you need a little extra room. Simply open the expansion zipper to increase the suitcase depth and create more space for extra clothing, souvenirs or last-minute essentials.
Inside, the ZIP² also features a divider, practical storage pockets and cross straps to help keep your belongings organised and securely in place throughout your journey.
Can I return or exchange the ZIP² luggage set?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the BG Berlin Return and Exchange Policy. The complete set must be unused, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Return eligibility may differ for sale or promotional purchases, so please review the applicable return conditions or contact us before returning your order.
Are replacement parts available for ZIP² luggage?
Yes. Replacement parts may be available depending on the specific component, suitcase model and current stock.
If the issue qualifies under the 10-year limited warranty, the required replacement parts may be provided free of charge.
