What is included in the ENDURO luggage set?
When you purchase the ENDURO Large luggage, you receive the matching ENDURO Cabin luggage FREE. Both suitcases are included in the ENDURO set at the displayed price, giving you one spacious checked suitcase and one expandable cabin suitcase for your travels.
What does the ENDURO 10-year limited warranty cover?
The 10-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the suitcase’s functionality during normal use. If an eligible defect is confirmed, BG Berlin may repair the suitcase or provide the necessary replacement parts.
The warranty does not cover airline or carrier damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, misuse, mishandling or unauthorised repairs.
What material is the ENDURO luggage made from?
ENDURO luggage is crafted from high-quality injected polypropylene, a lightweight, flexible and impact-resistant material designed to withstand the demands of frequent travel while helping to protect your belongings.
Does the ENDURO luggage have a TSA lock and USB charging ports?
Yes. Both ENDURO suitcases feature an integrated TSA combination lock for additional security while travelling.
The lock is initially set to 000 and can be changed to a personal three-digit combination.
The Cabin suitcase also includes built-in USB-A and USB-C ports, allowing you to connect a compatible power bank and charge your devices while on the move. The Large suitcase does not include USB ports.
Can I return or exchange the ENDURO luggage set?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the BG Berlin Return and Exchange Policy. The complete set must be unused, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Return eligibility may differ for sale or promotional purchases, so please review the applicable return conditions or contact us before returning your order.
Are replacement parts available for ENDURO luggage?
Yes. Replacement parts may be available depending on the specific component, suitcase model and current stock.
If the issue qualifies under the 10-year limited warranty, the required replacement parts may be provided free of charge.
